Tyler Dooley, who is the nephew of Meghan Markle is developing a new strain of cannabis that has been named after her, Markle’s Sparkle.
The 25-year-old Cannabis grower is following in the tradition of merchants who come up with different paraphernalia to commemorate special events, in this case, a royal wedding.
Speaking with Daily Mail; Dooley said ‘I’d be happy to show them around if they ever come out here and educate them on the medicinal benefits of marijuana which helps everything from post-traumatic stress syndrome to insomnia to pain in cancer patients,’ he says.
Tyler and Meghan apparently haven’t spoken in three years but he claims to remember her babysitting him as a kid, and believes that her stance on weed is progressive. ‘Meghan grew up in California and I am sure has an American view on pot.”
“I know in England that marijuana is still a taboo subject but it’s more normal to us here because we grew up around it in high school. Everybody experiments with it here.”
As for Prince Harry, Tyler says he knows that the royal “enjoys a good party.”
Meghan is set to marry Britain’s Prince Harry come May 19th, 2018.
